About this data
Publisher
Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE), Geoinformation service
Only charging stations reported to the national register (ich-tanke-strom.ch) are counted; private and some semi-public chargers are missing.
Values are monthly averages of daily counts, so they can be fractional and do not equal a count on any single day.
Power classes and canton power totals only include stations whose maximum charging power is known.
Charging-point (connector) counts fell during 2025 while station counts kept rising, and September and October 2025 show identical values; the source does not explain this, so treat it as a possible change in reporting.
